  2. Cut the zucchini into slices about one centimeter thick. If you make them thinner they will be like chips, also very good.
  3. We heat a frying pan with a good jet of virgin olive oil, and when it’s hot, we place the zucchini in it but without stacking them.
  4. We make them little by little, at medium-high temperature and making sure that they do not burn. You have to check that the courgettes still have oil for cooking.
  5. We turn them over and we add the rest of the zucchini slices, until they are all cooked. They should be crunchy.
  6. Add a pinch of salt on top and then some honey to taste.
