What Is Eye Cream?
“An eye cream,” Dr. Garshick explains, “is a cream that is specifically developed to be applied to the area surrounding the eyelid and address undereye issues.” Although some of the components in the cream for face may be similar, she states, “they may be present in a lower concentration to account for the delicate skin around the eyelid.”
