The berries get lots of attention because of its antioxidants. However, they’re also full of fiber, too. One cup of fresh blueberries will yield almost 4 grams of fibre and you’ll find the same amount in the frozen, blueberries that have not been sweetened. Strawberry, blackberries, and raspberries are great source of fiber. Of course one of the greatest advantages of berries is that they are natural low-calorie also.
Avocados can be found in almost everything from salads, toasts, stews, eggs, entrees and more. And while they’re usually praised as a hefty source in healthy fats there’s about 10g of fiber per the avocado in one cup (so think about how much you’ll get in your Guacamole).
