And, obviously apple slices are a delicious and tasty snack.
8. Dried Fruits
Dry fruits such as figs dates and prunes can increase your intake of fiber dramatically and are recommended to those who suffer from constipation. The sugar known as sorbitol, that is found naturally inside these foods, could aid in bowel movements and lead to a greater sense of ease. But eating too much may cause cramps or diarrhea. So, try one small portion and observe how you feel when you’ve taken them in, prior to taking in a lot more.
