Yield: 4 cups

Nutritional intakes: A cup of 275 grams provides 340 calories

2 cups of The water

1 ½ cups of macaroni Uncooked

1. In a 10-inch non-stick skillet or pot, bring to boil 2 cups of water.

2. Add macaroni and butter or margarine.. Stir several times to avoid sticking.

3. Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low. Let simmer for 5 minutes. (Do not empty the water)

4. Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt and mustard in a small container. Stir while adding 1/4 cup of milk. until there are no more lumps. Add the remaining milk. Reserve the mixture.

5. Remove the lid from the pan and bake the macaroon until almost all the water has evaporated.

6. Stir the milk mixture and add to the pan. add cheese. Mix well. hustle, cook until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is thick .

7. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Add in step number 2 your favorite fresh or frozen vegetable. Try onion, celery, carrot, zucchini, spinach, broccoli or tomato.

Add your seasonings of your choice in step number 4 to add variety. Try oregano, garlic powder, chili powder or others.
