Preparation: Heat a frying pan and brown the chopped onion and the sliced mushrooms over medium heat with a little EVOO. Once golden, season with salt and pepper and add the cherries, spinach and spices. While everything is browning, we beat the eggs in a baking pan and add the yogurt and crumbled feta. Finally, add the already cooked vegetables and season with salt and pepper. In the Miele oven we have chosen the Combined Oven function, we have selected combined cooking at 160º with 10% steam for 45 minutes. Cook until golden on top.

Miele chef’s tip: “By steaming, you get a juicier result inside and the egg is creamier. The combined function of the Miele oven makes it possible to obtain juicier and creamier textures and more intense flavors.”
