You could spend 15 minutes preheating the oven and then another hour cooking, but why do that when you can microwave them in just 7 minutes? And with a spectacular and economical result! Thinking about it, we decided to share our microwave roasted potato recipe, so you can win. Because cooking this dish like that, all are advantages. That’s all you need to know.

Wash it. Clean the potatoes first, especially if you like to eat them with the skin on. Wash it under the tap or immerse it in water and scrub it thoroughly. Then dry it very well.
