This food requires: two chicken breasts, 100 grams of panko, one egg, 20 grams of parmesan or grana padano, two tablespoons of lemon zest, a teaspoon of dried oregano, dried chilli or pepper ground cayenne and ground black pepper to taste, salt, 100 grams of wheat flour and olive oil.
To prepare, combine the eggs, wheat flour, grated parmesan, lemon drops, salt and pepper in a deep plate.
Then dissolve the brisket on the mixture and first place it for 10 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. After this time, turn the protein another eight minutes so that it cooks better.
Four Cheese Garlic Bread Sandwich
